Provision of Comprehensive Insurance cover for NMS Assets on a three-year framework contract

Dear Sirs,
- The National Medical Stores has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Comprehensive Insurance Cover for NMS Assets.
- The Entity invites your sealed bids for the provision of Comprehensive Insurance cover for NMS Assets.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
- You may obtain further information from The Procurement and Disposal Unit, National Medical Stores and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Bidding Documents in English may be purchased on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300,000/=. The method of payment will be cash.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 14thSeptember 2017 at 11.00am.There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 25th August 2017 at 11.00am at National Medical Stores, Entebbe in the Staff Canteen. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of a Bank Guarantee valid for a period of 120 working days until 9th March 2018 and shall be issued by a reputable banking institution recognized by Bank of Uganda with the amount of UGX: 43,500,000/=. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 14th September 2017 at 11.30am
