Achievements
- Setup Regional Offices. Each office is staffed by a Customer Care Representative who continuously monitor and evaluate the service offering of NMS in the Regions
- NMS currently has a Client base of 2,906 unique government facilities (as of October 2014). The sales team interacts with each one.
- NMS sales team also interacts with non-government facilities, and local governments (District Health Offices) in their own right.
- NMS carries a stock range of over 2,000 unique items for all the levels of care
