INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR SUPPLY OF NMS LOGO SEALING TAPE

. The National Medical Stores has received funds to be used for the acquisition of Logo Sealing Tape
- The Entity invites your sealed bids for the Supply of NMS Logo Sealing Tape on a 36-months Framework Contract.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
- You may obtain further information from National Medical Stores and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- Bidding documents in English may be purchased on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 300,000 (Three hundred thousand only). The method of payment shall be by Cash to the National Medical Stores Cashier at the address in 7(a) below.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 11.00am on 7th December 2017. Bids shall be accompanied with a bid security of UGX: 1,900,000 issued by a reputable banking institution which shall be valid for a period of 120 working days until 8th June 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11.30am on 7th December 2017
