On 7^th May 2026, National Medical Stores (NMS) hosted renowned media personality AP Kin Karisa during a lunchtime fellowship organized by the Rotary Club of Medical Stars. The engagement brought together staff and Rotarians for an insightful discussion on “Leveraging Media to Scale and Sustain Business Growth.”

During his presentation, AP Kin Karisa emphasized the power of media visibility, strategic communication and branding in strengthening institutions and sustaining growth. He encouraged organizations to embrace media as a key tool for building trust, increasing impact and connecting with communities.

He also commended NMS for its remarkable contribution to the health sector, particularly applauding the organization’s multipurpose warehouse facility, which plays a vital role in ensuring adequate storage and availability of essential medicines across the country. His remarks highlighted NMS’s commitment to strengthening healthcare supply systems and service delivery in Uganda.
