On Friday, 6^th March 2026, staff at National Medical Stores (NMS) came together to celebrate Women’s Day under the theme “Give to Gain.” The celebration recognized the dedication and contribution of women especially delivery clerks and female drivers in advancing the organization’s mandate of delivering essential medicines and health supplies across Uganda.

The event was graced by SP. Diana Nabukeera as the guest speaker, who delivered an insightful presentation on Domestic Violence and Women’s Rights. Her discussion emphasized the importance of protecting women, promoting awareness and creating safe environments where women can thrive both at home and in the workplace.

This special gathering served as a reminder of the strength, leadership and impact women bring to the health sector and to national service, as staff reaffirmed their commitment to teamwork, equality and excellence in service delivery.
